Right above Marienberg playground, the medium-difficulty mountain trail begins, marked with a red difficulty level. During the experience trail, you will gain a unique insight into the history and development of biomimicry. EXCURSION TIP: Theme Trail "Putzi Searches for the Miracle Nut"!
Starting Point: Near Hotel Bruno, Haidach 23, A-6263 Fügen.
This easy hiking trail is a true adventure for families with children and is perfect for a relaxed excursion into nature. With a length of 1.1 kilometers and only 50 meters of elevation gain, the trail is ideal for little explorers and can be comfortably completed in about 30 minutes. The best part: It's a circular route that is stroller-friendly, allowing all family members to easily join in on this exciting journey.
The theme trail "Putzi Searches for the Miracle Nut" begins at the entrance to Putzatal and takes you along an easily accessible path to the playground above Marienberg Church. Here, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating legend of the miracle nut hidden in the forest. Putzi, the clever squirrel, accompanies you on this thrilling adventure and explains the legend of the miracle nut at a total of 6 interactive stations.
Throughout the trail, you and your children will not only get to know the story of Putzi and the miracle nut but also learn interesting facts about the wildlife and nature of the forest. The interactive stations not only provide exciting information but also offer playful activities that stimulate the imagination and curiosity of young explorers.
The highlight of the theme trail awaits you at the end of the hike: the newly designed playground above Marienberg Church. Here, the adventure-hungry children can have a blast and turn the day into an unforgettable experience with slides, climbing towers, a water play area, a flying fox, and Fred's fox den.
Experience the search for the mysterious miracle nut in the forest together with Putzi the squirrel and your family.
